Interpersonal and situational leadership skills, with the ability to build and sustain a positive relationship .
Capable of managing and executing programmes or projects from any part of the its life-cycle. These being concept, definition, implementation, handover and closeout. Or if an extended life-cycle is utilised includes the two further phases – Operations and Termination.
Competence in being the primary point of contact for the Customer on all commercial matters.
Able to manage sub-contractors, work partners, multiple parties including Project Managers & Engineers and third-party vendors,
